END LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR `WCE FTP Client` SOFTWARE
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.
This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity) and 4wce Software for the accompanying 4wce Software product, which includes computer software and any associated materials ("Software").
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, copy or otherwise use the software and immediately delete any copy of it from all storage media.
GRANT OF LICENSE

The Software and accompanying documentation are being licensed to you, which means you have the right to use the Software only in accordance with this License Agreement. The Software is considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory. This License may not be assigned or otherwise transferred without prior written consent from 4wce Software, and any unauthorized transfer is null and void.
You may give exact copies of the Software to anyone. You may not charge any fee for the copy or use of the Software itself, but you may charge a distribution fee that is reasonably related to any cost you incur distributing the Software (e.g. packaging). You must not represent in any way that you are selling the Software itself. Your distribution of the Software will not entitle you to any compensation from 4wce Software. You must distribute a copy of this license with any copy of the Software and anyone to whom you distribute the Software is subject to this license. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or reservation of rights language displayed with the Software.
RESTRICTIONS.
