ABC Rotating Numbers and Dzen
v006
Look first at the number in the middle of the rotating circle. Whatever that number is notice how many other examples of that same number are circling around it and enter the number of how many other rotating examples there are on your computer keyboard.
If you have entered the right amount you will see a green light. If not, you will see a red light and you can enter a new number. Stay with the activity. If you get a red light, look again and select another number. Then let it go, and start looking for the next set of numbers. Just keep noticing.
You may find that the less you move your eyes the more effective you become.
