End-User License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before installing and using Smart CD Catalog Lite (the "SOFTWARE").
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Abaiko Software ("ABAIKO")
By installing and using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use this SOFTWARE.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The SOFTWARE is FREEWARE. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE without charge.
2. COPYRIGHT
All copyrights to the SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by ABAIKO.
The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by ABAIKO. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of ABAIKO and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license.
3. DISTRIBUTION
The SOFTWARE may not be sold or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE may be included in any free or non-profit packages or products and may be distributed on the condition that it is distributed in full and unchanged.
Notification would be greatly appreciated but is not required.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ABAIKO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER ABAIKO NOR THE AGENTS OF ABAIKO WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTOOD IT, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
5. RESTRICTIONS
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
