================== ADS OBJECT PROFESSIONAL LICENSE ==================

This license applies to the professional-licensed version of ADS
Objects. If you have a standard-licensed, enterprise-licensed or
evaluation version of ADS Objects, see the corresponding section.

NOTICE TO USER
You should read the following terms and conditions carefully before
installing this software. Be aware that your use, distribution, or
installation of this copy of ADS Object indicates your acceptance of
this License.

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not
install, distribute or use this copy of ADS Objects. If you paid ADS
or an authorized ADS distributor for this copy individually, you may
return it unused, within thirty (30) days after purchase, for a full
refund of your payment.

GRANT OF LICENSE
For a successful professional license registration, a non-exclusive
license was granted for a SINGLE developer to use the software for
the express purpose of developing and maintaining applications.


RUNTIME DISTRIBUTION AND USE
Having granted the professional license, the licensee may distribute
and use the corresponding object to integrate to unlimited copies of
the applications owned and copyrighted by the licensee, providing
that each APPLICATION adheres to the following conditions:
(a) The application may not compete with ADS Objects,
(b) The application may not expose the functionality of ADS Objects
through a programmable interface.
The licensee may embed the license key in the applications owned
provided that the following conditions are met:
(a) The license key may not be embedded in an application or
distributed in any other manner that makes the license key appearance
to the end user.
(b) The application must be marked with a prominent copyright notice
bearing the name of the licensee same as the name during
registration.
(c) The application must include the following comment in its source
code within close proximity to each copy of an embedded license key:
"This application utilizes a licensed copy of ADS Objects. ADS
Objects is copyrighted and owned exclusively by AdminSystem.Net
Limited. All rights reserved. Use of the objects outside of the
context of this application is a violation of federal copyright laws
and international treaty provisions."

LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE, AND ALL ACCOMPANYING FILES, DATA AND MATERIALS, ARE
DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE
OBJECT. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF
THE AGREEMENT.

ANY LIABILITY OF ADS WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO REFUND OF
PURCHASE PRICE. IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADS, OR ITS
PRINCIPALS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES,
CONTRACTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR PARENT ORGANIZATIONS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING TO
THE USE OF ADS Objects, OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ADS.


IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT DOES ADS AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE ADS OBJECT IN
APPLICATIONS OR SYSTEMS WHERE ADS OBJECT`S FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN
REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL INJURY, OR
IN LOSS OF LIFE. ANY SUCH USE BY YOU IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK,
AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD ADS HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS OR LOSSES RELATING
TO SUCH UNAUTHORIZED USE.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the
parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or
prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Exclusive
jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Agreement
shall be in courts located in Hong Kong, and you consent to such
jurisdiction and venue.

RESTRICTIONS
All rights of any kind in ADS Objects which are not expressly granted
in this license are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by ADS.
You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer,
decompile and disassemble based on ADS Objects. There are no third
party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations
made by ADS herein.

================== ADS OBJECT ENTERPRISE LICENSE ====================

This license applies to the enterprise-licensed version of ADS
Objects. If you have a standard-licensed, professional licensed or
evaluation version of ADS Objects, see the corresponding section.

NOTICE TO USER
You should read the following terms and conditions carefully before
installing this software. Be aware that your use, distribution, or
installation of this copy of ADS Object indicates your acceptance of
this License.
