This free add-in for Microsoft Excel makes your work with pivot tables comfortable and fast. Pivot Table Helper adds its own toolbar to Excel that allows you to select pivot table areas, set pivot field formatting, add / remove grand totals, clear pivot table formatting and more.
Pivot Table Helper works for Microsoft Excel 2000, 2002 and 2003.
Pivot Table Helper adds its own toolbar to Excel with the following buttons:
- Select page fields area of the current pivot table
- Select header of the current pivot table
- Select blank area of the current pivot table
- Select origin area of the current pivot table
- Select column fields area of the current pivot table
- Select row fields area of the current pivot table
- Select data area of the current pivot table
- Select column grand totals of the current pivot table
- Select row grand totals of the current pivot table
- Select subtotals of the current pivot field
- Select first/next subtotal of the current pivot field
- Set number format to the current pivot field
- Increase decimal of the current pivot field
- Decrease decimal of the current pivot field
- Set currency style of the current pivot field
- Add / remove column grand totals to / from the current pivot table
- Add / remove row grand totals to / from the current pivot table
- Changes the width/height of the columns / rows of the pivot table to achieve the best fit
- Clear format of the current pivot table.
