SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you
(individual or single entity) and Aha-soft, for the Aha-soft software
(the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

The SOFTWARE is the property of Aha-soft and is protected by copyright laws
and international copyright treaties.

These software are provided "as-is".
No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.
You use at your own risk. The author will not be liable
for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind
of loss while using or misusing this software.

You are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number
of copies of this software.

Commercial use and distribution is authorized without agreement.
Computer`s Magazines are authorized to distribute it
on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform
us by e-mail each time you distribute this product.

YOU MAY NOT:
1. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the product
or any portion of it.

Installing and using these software signifies acceptance of these
terms and conditions of the license.
