Distribution permisions for
JigSaw 4000
Amic Games grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license for distribution of JigSaw 4000 Demo only as follows:
1. Individual users are allowed and encouraged to give copies of the demo version of JigSaw 4000 to any person they wish, including family members, friends, and co-workers, but only without charge.
2. Rackware vendors/cd-rom publishers and resellers are allowed and encouraged to sell JigSaw 4000 Demo on shareware racks in retail locations and/or on CD-ROMs without prior approval from Amic Games, but an notification e-mail is requested. (We would like to know who, when and where).
3. None of the files of the shareware version of JigSaw 4000 are permitted to be modified and no files may be added.
