Funktionsüberblick - TelFix korrigiert und formatiert alle Telefonnummern - automatisch, korrekt und flexibel. Dabei ist es völlig unerheblich wie die Telefonnummer eingegeben wurde, aus 05202998288 wird beispielsweise +49 (52 02) 99 82 88 oder aus 0041 1 123456 wird +41 (44) 123456 (da die alte Schweizer Vorwahl "1" auf Wunsch automatisch in "44" geändert wird). Alle Datenbanken die über Microsoft OLE DB bzw. ODBC angesprochen werden können, werden von TelFix unterstützt. Auch mit mehren Tabellenfeldern (z.B. für ein Feld für Vorwahl und ein Feld für die Anschlussnummer) kommt das Programm spielend zurecht.
