IMPORTANT - YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT. USAGE OF THIS PRODUCT INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, DO NOT USE. ANY MONEY PAID TO APRIL16 WILL BE REFUNDED. THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("LICENSER") AND APRIL16 WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of this OCX, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil or criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.
The A16_Tmrs.ocx may only be distributed with the associated readme file, unless you distribute the A16_Tmrs.ocx as part of an application.
GRANT OF LICENCE - If you wish to use the A16_Tmrs.ocx you must pay a one of payment(US$2) to the owner April16, which entitles the payee to royalty free use of the A16_Tmrs.ocx. No other payments are required.
OWNERSHIP - The A16_Tmrs.ocx source is owned by April16, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat A16_Tmrs.ocx like any other copyrighted material (i.e. a book or musical recording).
IF AFTER 30DAYS USE YOU DO NOT WISH TO PURCHASE THE FULL VERSION YOU MUST UN-INSTALL THE TIMERS OCX.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS - You may not rent or lease the A16_Tmrs.ocx. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble A16_Tmrs.ocx. The author will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the A16_Tmrs.ocx, see the Disclaimer.
It is assummed that you have read and fully understood this licence agreement if you install the A16_Tmrs.ocx software onto a computer. If you are unsure do not install this software.
