END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
The PRODUCT this software product, easyDncXP
The COMPANY Axis Controls Limited.
By accepting this agreement or by continuing to use THE
PRODUCT you indicate your acceptance of the agreement and
agree to be bound by the terms of the license and distribution
agreement.
The PRODUCT, is protected by International Copyright
Law and International Treaty provisions. You agree not to modify,
adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
reverse engineer the PRODUCT.
The trial version of PRODUCT is distributed free of charge and
may not be sold, rented, leased, or sublicensed. You may create
any copies you wish and distribute them freely provided all such
copies contain this agreement, a reference to the and/or website
of the COMPANY at www.easydnc.com and that any copy
protection and trial monitoring mechanisms remain intact. If the
PRODUCT is distributed or bundled with any other product,
commerical or otherwise, then the person(s) or company executing
such distribution is prohibited from charging, or requesting
donations or accepting payment or reward in any form, for any
such copies, however made, save for a small fee of just a few
pence to cover the costs of media and that such bundled
distribution does not exempt the end consumer of the product from
registering his use with the Authors and adhering to the terms of
the license agreement.
You are hereby licensed to install and to operate as many copies of
THE PRODUCT as you require on any number of processors and
to copy it to any hard disk or any storage media or other device or
network infrastructure for storage or distribution on the basis that
any new or trial installation is limited to 60 days after which time you
are required to obtain a full license key for each such installation.
THE PRODUCT IS SUPPLIED AS IS AND THE COMPANY
DOES NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS
YOU MAY OBTAIN THROUGH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY
TO USE THE PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE THE COMPANY
MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IN NO
EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR ASSETTS
EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOUR STATE OR JURISDICTION MAY NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR
SPECIAL DAMAGES OR THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED
WARRANTIES. IN WHICH CASE THE COMPANY IS NOT
PREPARED TO GRANT A LICENSE TO YOU AND YOU MAY
