Url2Img is an ActiveX control to create snapshots of webpages. You can specify the dimensions of the image, and the file name. 5 image formats are supported - bmp, jpg, gif, tiff and png. Url2Img creates an invisible instance of Internet Explorer and when the page is loaded, it is saved as an image. The component provides 5 methods for each image type and an event, fired when an url address have been saved. The following Internet Explorer features are disabled: Popup windows, Java, JavaScript and VBScript, ActiveX downloading and execution, Audio, Video and file downloads and HTTP redirection. The horizontal and vertical scrollbars have also been disabled.
