Software License
This is a legal agreement between Beaver Valley Software and you, our customer. By installing and using our software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, then do not install or use our software.
In order to have a licensed copy of the program, you must purchase the license key, or sometimes referred to as registration code, which will allow the program to continue running after the trial period. The trial period can usually be found in the help file. It is typically 30 days or 30 uses whichever comes first.
Beaver Valley Software’s trial programs cannot be used for any commercial or public use.
Grant of License
If this is a windows application, this agreement allows you to install this program on one computer or workstation. You are not allowed to run the program on a network server or over a network. Each PC must have its own licensed copy.
If this is a web application, then this agreement allows you to install on one domain for one site. Each domain or site must have its own licensed copy of the software. If you have multiple domains forwarding to one site, that is considered one domain provided that the domains share the same identical content.
Ownership of the Program
Ownership of the program remains with Beaver Valley Software. By registering the program, you are buying a license to use the program. You are not buying the program.
You may not transfer the license to another user. You may not rent or loan the license to another user.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the program or create derivatives of the program.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any thing that the program produces.
Distribution of the Program
It is illegal to duplicate or distribute any part of this software program except as detailed below.
You may NOT resell, sublicense, or distribute the Program or any of the Content in any electronic or physical form with the license key.
You may redistribute the program to anyone provided that you do not include the license key and you do not change the installation program or the main program in any way. It must be exactly how Beaver Valley Software released it with absolutely no other software included in our installation program.
You may include our program without the license key on a CD-ROM collection provided that you do not alter the program or the installation program. You may host our program without the license key on a download site provided you have not modified the program or the installation program.
You are never allowed to give the license key to anyone either on the internet or in person unless authorized by Beaver Valley Software. The only individuals or companies authorized to distribute the license key are the registration services and CD fulfillment services that Beaver Valley Software has signed up for
Limitation of Liabilities
In no event will Beaver Valley Software be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, physical, economical, mental, electrical, consequential, or any other type of problem that results from the use of our programs or their documentation. Beaver Valley Software will never be held accountable in any amount that exceeds the amount paid by the customer for the program.
Right to Change the License
Beaver Valley Software reserves the right to make changes to this license agreement at any time.
