License Agreement
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Binary Dream, Inc. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the "Voice Tracker" (next as "SOFTWARE PRODUCT"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
1. SOFTWARE PRODUCT is dedicated only for your own voice records. Responsibility of any other recordings completely on your own.
2. You are not allowed to emulate, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer any executable part of original package. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
3. Redistribution of SOFTWARE PRODUCT allowed only if you kept original package as it is. Any kind of modification of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT files or distributing parts of this software are prohibited.
4. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE MAY NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
Installing or using the program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.
