CS-Cart is commercial software, only users who have purchased a valid license through http://www.cs-cart.com/ and accept the terms of this License Agreement can install this product.

THIS CS-CART SHOP END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR COMPANY (COLLECTIVELY, "YOU") AND CS-CART.COM (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE AUTHOR") FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IDENTIFIED ABOVE, WHICH INCLUDES COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND MAY INCLUDE ASSOCIATED MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS, AND "ONLINE" OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SOFTWARE"). BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES CONTAINED OR REFERENCED HEREIN. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The author grants to you, and you accept, a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Software. You agree to use the Software only as authorized in this License Agreement. This License Agreement does not convey to you any ownership rights or any other interest in the Software. This Software is licensed to be installed and used on only one domain. A valid license must be purchased for each domain on which the Software is installed.
2. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
2.1 Ownership. The Software and all modifications or enhancements to, or derivative works based on the Software, whether created by the Author or you, and all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights protecting or pertaining to any aspect of the Software or any such modification, enhancement or derivative work are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Author. This Agreement does not convey title or ownership to you but instead gives you only the limited rights set
