This license applies to the software product identified above, including all associated media and printable, electronic or on-line documentation.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
Your downloading, accessing, copying or use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and disclaimer of warranty.

THIS SOFTWARE AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION ARE SOLD "AS IS"
AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE, NON-INFRINGEMENT
OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED

ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THIS PROGRAM MAY BE PUT, NO WARRANTY

Evaluation and Registration

You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purpose without charge for a period of 30 days. If you would like to use this software after the evaluation period, a registration fee is required, or you must switch to one of the free modes as described below. See the file ORDER.TXT for ordering information and registration benefits.
Unregistered use of the product after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

License Information

Single user running the software on a single computer and storing the archive files on the same computer may use this software for free. All other configurations must purchase a workgroup license for the actual number of users using the product. You may not rent, lease or lend this software.

Software Distribution

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the complete and unmodified package of this product and distribute it by any means. However, you may not distribute the registration key by any means. There is no charge for this right.

Reverse-Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or alter this software product in any manner.

Separation of Components

This software product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for any use or distribution. Each component may have its own license agreement ("Component Agreement"). In the event of inconsistencies between this agreement and any Component Agreement, the terms of the Component Agreement shall control. (For instance, see GNU.TXT for components distributed under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE.)

Governing Law

This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
