General
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you are the original purchaser of the
Software and you do not agree with the terms and conditions
of the License Agreement, promptly return the unused
Software to the place from which you obtained it for a full
refund.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Licensee expressly acknowledge and agree that use of
Software is at the sole risk of the Licensee. SOFTWARE AND
RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS". DEVELOPER MAKES
NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
FOR SOFTWARE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. I do not warrant that Software will meet the Licensees
requirements, or that the operation of Software will run
uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in Software
will be corrected.
