License Agreement

All copyrights (C) to CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE (TM) are exclusively owned by Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc.

CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE is a Shareware. If you intend to use CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE after the trial period of 10 days, you must register your copy of CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE or stop using it.

Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE on one computer at a time. The registered CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE software may not be rented, leased or transferred.

CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE unregistered shareware may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE without written permission from the copyright holder.

CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE and for results obtained.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CREATIVE SOLUTIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc.

The terms of this license, as well as the CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE features and interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE.

Installing and/or using CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove CRESOTECH POCKETLANCE files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
