By installing and / or using this software, you agree that:

- You can evaluate the software freely, but after 30 days you need to register if you continue to use the software. (Registration also gives you the full feature set.)

- With a single license, you can use the software on any compatible computers in your home, or on one computer in an office or school. Site and District licenses are also available.

- The software and its components are copyrighted and may only be distributed and used according to the terms below.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author disclaims all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, with regard to the software and the provision of or failure to provide any type of service related to the software.

You assume full responsibility and liability for any consequences of installing and/or using this software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for any pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software product or the failure to provide related services, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Subject to distribution limitations below, you may install and evaluate the demonstration version of this software on any compatible computer. After an evaluation period of 30 days, you are required to register if you continue to use the software.

You may only install and use the registered version of this software on one computer per single license at an office or organization, -OR- on any compatible computers in your home with a single license, -OR- on any compatible computers at one school or organization site per site license, -OR- at all schools or organization sites in a district with a district license.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. Except for installations permitted by the license, you may not distribute registered copies or registration materials for the software. You may only distribute the demonstration version of the software in its entirety and unmodified. The software may not be distributed for sale or distributed on CD without permission from the author. All copyrights are reserved by the author and other parties. You may not re-use or distribute components of the software package.

You may transfer a license of the software to one party, in which case you agree to destroy all registered copies and registration information related to that license and not further use or transfer the registered software with that license.

This agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the author`s residence.
