This program will determine your BMI (Body Mass Index) which is your fat ratio by using your weight and height in either metric or standard systems. Once you have calculated your BMI you may use this information to help achieve optimal health. This is because you will want to keep a low fat percentage to help reduce the risk of serious health issues. This program uses a formula by the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute and is for general knowledge. You must account for individual situations and lifestyles accordingly. This program is designed using Java and runs on any platform that supports the Java Runtime Environment such as Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
