You should carefully read the following licensing terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Cypress Technologies. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license, disclaimer and product warranty policy.
When operating CTMailer in commercial mode (purchase of license) the following policy applies. One copy of CTMailer may be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers. You may access a single copy of CTMailer through a network, only if individual licenses are purchased for each user accessing the program. For instance, if eight different users will access CTMailer on a network, you must purchase a license for each user, regardless of whether they use CTMailer at different times or concurrently.
CTMailer is distributed and sold "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of CTMailer and for results obtained.
Cypress Technologies makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from CTMailer software and, with respect thereto, Cypress Technologies shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing of CTMailer including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. Author shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken there under.
