END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DBCOM, Australia.

Please read carefully the LIMITATION OF LIABILITY and LIMITED WARRANTY sections before proceeding.

By using this software you accept this license agreement and warranty.

If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the software.


SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The "Real Investment Calculator - RICalc" and all associated programs, files and documentation, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are copyrighted products of DBCOM, Australia, and are protected by Australia copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.


SHAREWARE EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION
============================================
This is not free software.
Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT for evaluation purposes for a trial period of 15 days, without a charge.
Thereafter you must purchase a license and register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

For more information on how to order, please refer to ORDERMAIL.TXT.

Unregistered use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the evaluation period is a violation of Australia and international copyright laws.


REGISTERED VERSION
============================================
You can use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a 14 day trial period without registering.
Thereafter you must purchase a license and register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Only one registered copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT can be installed and used on a single computer non-simultaneously by multiple people. You may access the registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 5 different workstations will access the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the network, each workstation must have its own license, regardless of whether they use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at different times or concurrently.


GRANT OF LICENSE
============================================
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

This EULA grants you the following non-exclusive rights:

You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computer to perform calculations and produce comparison evaluations to help you in decision making.

You may NOT alter, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You may NOT sell, rent, lease, duplicate, copy or distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or use it in any other manner without prior written consent of DBCOM, Australia.

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades and this EULA), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include all prior versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to DBCOM, Australia.


LIMITED WARRANTY
============================================
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be installed, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. The person using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT assumes the entire risk of using this product.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

DBCOM shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity in respect to any perceived loss or damaged caused, directly or indirectly, by the information provided by the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. No person, persons or organisation should lend, borrower or invest monies or take other action on the reliance of the material contained in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, but instead should satisfy themselves independently (whether by expert advice or otherwise) of the appropriateness of any such action.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SEEK INDEPENDENT ADVICE BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY ACTION.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DBCOM, Australia, nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery, nor its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever, indirect, consequential or incidental (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit, interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if DBCOM, Australia has been advised of the possibility of such damages or a known defect.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DBCOM, Australia BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

By using this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you are agreeing to the above terms.
