THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DEMOR-SOFT COMPANY. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
Trial Versions
If this Agreement is included with the trial versions of the Software, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use a copy of the enclosed Software for the specified number of uses in the materials accompanying the trial versions of the Software. By using the trial version, you understand and accept that you must not use this software after the expiration of the trial version.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THIS SOFTWARE AND ALL THE OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM DEMOR-SOFT IS PROVIDED “AS-IS”, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEMOR-SOFT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIS SOFTWARE, OR OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. DEMOR-SOFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR ANY RELATED PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR CONTENT IS FREE FROM BUGS, VIRUSES, ERRORS, OR OTHER PROGRAM LIMITATIONS NOR DOES IT WARRANTS THAT THE SOFTWARE IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL USE.
