`DTgrafic BUS STOP 3` LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing this program on your computer, you declare that you acknowledge and agree to the following license conditions. Otherwise you must break off the installation now.

The `DTgrafic Bus Stop 3` screensaver is shareware. This means that you are allowed to use the program free of charge for 30 days. After this period has expired, you must either delete the program from your computer or register as a licensed user.

When you purchase the full version, we will send you a license key. With this key, you can enable all the functions which are disabled in the test version.

The software, including all the graphics used in it, is the property of DTgrafic GmbH and is protected by copyright laws. Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling of the software is not permitted. Offenders will be prosecuted.

The images may only be used for their intended purpose, i.e. for being displayed on the monitor screen in conjunction with the software. Any reproduction or marketing of any description, whether as a photocopy, on microfilm, diskette, CD-ROM or as a download, etc. is only permitted with our written permission.

The distribution of the entire and unmodified test version of this program is permitted, and is actually desirable. Any distribution of the licence key is strictly forbidden.

This program has been thoroughly tested. However, due to the huge number of possible permutations of hardware and software, the likelihood of side-effects occurring or of software incompatibility cannot be completely excluded. We can therefore not guarantee that the software will function without any errors at all. DTgrafic GmbH is exempt from liability for program faults and any ensuing damage. Any risks associated with running this software shall be borne by the user alone.

`DTgrafic BUS STOP 3` LIZENZ

Mit der Installation des Programms auf Ihrem Rechner erklären Sie sich mit den nachfolgenden Lizenzbestimmungen einverstanden. Anderenfalls muß die Installation jetzt abgebrochen werden.

Der Bildschirmschoner `DTgrafic Bus Stop 3` wird als Shareware vertrieben. Shareware bedeutet, dass Sie das Programm bis zu 30 Tage lang kostenlos testen können. Danach müssen Sie das Programm entweder von Ihrer Festplatte entfernen oder Sie lassen sich als rechtmäßiger Benutzer registrieren.

Wenn Sie die Vollversion erwerben, erhalten Sie von uns einen Lizenzschlüssel und Sie können damit alle Funktionen freischalten, die in der Testversion eingeschränkt sind.

Die Software, einschließlich der darin enthaltenen Grafik, ist Eigentum der DTgrafic GmbH und ist durch Urheberrechtsgesetze geschützt. Zurückentwickeln (Reverse engineering), Dekompilieren oder Entassemblieren der Software ist nicht gestattet und wird strafrechtlich verfolgt.

Die Abbildungen dürfen lediglich für den vorgesehenen Zweck, also zur Anzeige auf dem Bildschirm in Verbindung mit der Software, verwendet werden. Reproduktion bzw. Vertrieb, gleich welcher Art, ob als Fotokopie, auf Mikrofilm, Diskette, CD-ROM, als Download, etc. nur mit unserer schriftlichen Genehmigung.

Die Weitergabe der vollständigen und unmodifizierten Testversion dieses Programms ist erlaubt und erwünscht. Jede Weitergabe des Lizenzschlüssels ist ausdrücklich untersagt.

Das Programm wurde ausgiebig getestet. Bei der Vielzahl der möglichen Hard- und Softwarekombinationen sind Wechselwirkungen und Inkompatibilitäten jedoch nicht auszuschließen, ein absolut fehlerfreier Betrieb kann daher nicht garantiert werden. Eine Haftung der DTgrafic GmbH für Programmfehler und daraus entstehende Schäden ist ausgeschlossen. Das Betriebsrisiko liegt allein beim Benutzer.
