-QUIET option, much faster processing, -DirOldest and -DirNewest now igore folder dates and just uses file dates

Now can change folder dates only, and can accept a list of files from standard input

Now can generate creation date reports as a .BAT file to apply to folders after copying files to a new computer

Now allows date=$/$/$ and time=$:$:$ for current values. Change folders to oldest or newest dates. Install now adds DirDate to PATH
