1. License Agreement

License Agreement (Shareware Version)

You may use the SOFTWARE without charge on an evaluation basis. In the unregistered version you have these limitations: only can convert at most 10 topics with every chm file, only can use Save command at most 5 times in edit mode in the Html Preview window. You must pay the license fee and register your copy if you wish to use the SOFTWARE without any limitation.

License Agreement (Registered Version)

One registered copy of CHM2Word may either be:

* Used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers.

OR

* Installed on a single computer and be used non-simultaneously by multiple people.

If the registered version of CHM2Word is to be accessed through a network, then you must obtain individual licenses of CHM2Word for each of the computers that will access CHM2Word. For example, if 10 different computers access CHM2Word on the network, then each computer must have it`s own CHM2Word license, regardless of whether they use CHM2Word at different times or concurrently.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. You may not publish or publicly distribute any serial numbers, access codes, unlock-codes, passwords, or other end-user-specific registration information that would allow a third party to activate the SOFTWARE without a valid license.


3. Disclaimer of Warranty (Shareware and Registered Versions)

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SUPPLIED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL HSG SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, OR THE AUTHOR HARBINDER SINGH GHAG BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR SPECIAL DAMAGES FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
