SOFTWARE PRODUCT: DesignerFree Newsletter Manager Pro
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual, corporation, public organisation, or a company whatsoever) and DesignerFreeSolutions.com for the Newsletter Manager Pro software product accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated media and printed materials, as well as online or electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or SOFTWARE).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE TERMS:
- The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
- The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. DesignerFreeSolutions sells the license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, not the SOFTWARE PRODUCT itself.
- You can install just one copy of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
- This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is offered to you as-is.
- If you encounter any bugs, DesignerFreeSolutions will provide an update with no charge. Please contact us.
- You are not allowed to distribute or resell this SOFTWARE PRODUCT or modifications or derivatives of it without prior permission from DesignerFreeSolutions.
- You are not allowed to rent, lease, or lend this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
- You can install just one copy of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT or You may only install, use, access, run, or otherwise interact with one copy of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, on a single computer, under a single Internet or Intranet domain name.
- You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, any upgrades, and this EULA), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
- DesignerFreeSolutions may terminate your rights under this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
- DesignerFreeSolutions expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DesignerFreeSolutions does not warrant that the functions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will meet your requirements or that operation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will be uninterrupted or error free. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DesignerFreeSolutions or its affiliates or its resellers or its associates be liable for any special, incidental, direct or indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if DesignerFreeSolutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
