Users of KidSplorer must accept this disclaimer of warranty. If you do not accept this disclaimer, do not use KidSplorer.

KidSplorer is a Shareware program, and is provided at no charge to users for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends and colleagues, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence of user-supported software is to provide computer users with quality software without high prices, and at the same time to provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.

If you find KidSplorer useful, and you are continuing to use it after the trial period of 30 days, you must make the registration payment as described in the help file. In return you will be given a registration number to allow full access to all features.
The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time. Site Licence arrangements may be made by contacting Devicode Technology.
Any person or organisation wanting to distribute KidSplorer for profit must first contact Devicode Technology for authorisation.
