END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This End-User License Agreement for DoneEx INI-File Manager DLL
("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") is a legal agreement between you (either an
individual or an entity) and DoneEx Software ("AUTHOR").

You agree that your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT acknowledges that you have read
this license, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT,
DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.


1. LICENSE GRANT
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold, to you by AUTHOR for use only
under the terms of this License, and AUTHOR reserves any rights not
expressly granted to you.

1.1 EVALUATION LICENSE ENTITLEMENT
The EVALUATION LICENSE Entitlement only applies when you obtain a copy of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the first time. You may use the Evaluation Version of
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a 30-day evaluation period. After the evaluation
period, if you want to continue to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT you must purchase
the required number of Single User Licenses (or ENTERPRISE or UNLIMITED
License) from DoneEx Software.

1.2 SINGLE USER LICENSE ENTITLEMENT
The SINGLE USER LICENSE Entitlement only applies after you have purchased an
SINGLE USER LICENSE from DoneEx Software.
AUTHOR grants to you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right
to use the copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided with this License.
The SINGLE USER license authorizes you to use one copy of the version
of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer.


1.3 ENTERPRISE LICENSE ENTITLEMENT
The ENTERPRISE LICENSE ENTITLEMENT only applies after you have purchased an
ENTERPRISE LICENSE from DoneEx Software.
AUTHOR grants to you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right
to use the copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided with this License.
The ENTERPRISE LICENSE authorizes you to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on
any number of computers belonging to your organization.


1.4 UNLIMITED LICENSE ENTITLEMENT
The UNLIMITED LICENSE ENTITLEMENT only applies after you have purchased an
UNLIMITED LICENSE from DoneEx Software.
AUTHOR grants to you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right
to use the copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided with this License.
The UNLIMITED LICENSE authorizes you to to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
on any number of computers belonging to your organization.
Also you may include the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in your end-user programs
royalty-free so long as those programs (a) are not parts of a
programming toolkit or other application, which will be redistributed or
resold by User`s customers, (b) do not allow use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for
further software development.

3.DISCLAMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES
RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. NEITHER AUTHOR NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION,
PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE
SUCH SOFTWARE, EVEN IF AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE
QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

4. EXCEPTIONS
No exceptions to any portion of this license agreement will be allowed without
the express written permission of DoneEx Software.
