Single User License Agreement
Your use of the program acknowledges that you have read
this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its
terms and conditions.
LICENSE
You many use this software on a single computer, but may transfer it
to another computer as long as it is used on only one computer at a
time. You may not network the software. You must treat the software
like any copyrighted material except that you may make one copy of the
software for backup or archival purposes. You may transfer this
software and license, together with accompanying written materials,
to another party on a permanent basis if the other party agrees to
accept the terms and conditions of this license, and you retain no copies.
You many not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software.
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any
time by destroying the software together with all copies. This license
also terminates if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of
this agreement
LIMITED WARRANTY
The disks, on which this software is provided, are warranted to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90
days from the period of delivery to you.
This software is supplied as is. The author does not warrant that the
functions contained in the software will meet your requirements or
that the software operation will be uninterrupted or error free.
In no event will the author be liable to you for any damages,
including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or
consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to
use this program, or for any claim by any other party. The
entire risk as to the results and performance of the program
and manual is assumed by you.
