Software License Agreement
By downloading and installing EASITax, you agree to the following terms concerning usability and liability of the Easy Automation Systems, Inc. product.
EASITax is shareware under the restriction that it only be distributed without supplying any passwords that unlock additional capabilities. A registration password which keeps the word "sample" from printing on your output can be obtained by making payment arrangements through the contact information provided at the end of this agreement. Additional passwords are available to unlock multi-user capabilities, electronic filing, and third party printing from your own applications. Our website at www.1099TaxSoftware.com provides options to purchase each of these options.
Easy Automation Systems, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to the purchaser`s computer system or data and in no event will Easy Automation Systems, Inc., its officers, directors, employees or agents be responsible to the purchaser for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the Easy Automation Systems, Inc. product, even if Easy Automation Systems, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
