LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PRODUCT USE
You should carefully read the following License Agreement before installing
ShadowFlare (the "Software"). You agree to be bound by the terms of this
agreement for the use of the Software. If you do not agree to the terms of
this agreement, you cannot use the Software.
- Customers and users who purchase or use the Software ("Customers")
cannot change any or all of the Software for customer or third party use
without the permission of Emurasoft, Inc. Reproduction, redistribution,
re-editing, or reprint of the Software is also prohibited without the
company`s permission.
- Ownership of the Software belongs to Emurasoft, Inc. All rights related
to the Software also belong to Emurasoft, Inc.
- It is prohibited to conduct reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling,
modification, change, or alteration of the Software.
- Any damage arising out of the use or performance of the Software remains
with the customer and the third party, and Emurasoft, Inc. does not take
any responsibility.
- Services such as user support for the Software is offered only through
e-mail.
- This License shall be interpreted and implemented in accordance with the
laws of Washington State, the U.S.A.
- Regardless of the country in which the software is used, the License
Agreement shall be interpreted and implemented in accordance with the
laws of Washington State, the U.S.A.
- This License Agreement is terminated automatically when the customer
fails to comply with it.
