SecretDrive End User License Agreement (32 bit operating system environment):
32 bit version is free and can be used for any purpose.


SecretDrive End User License Agreement (64 bit operating system environment):
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you
are hereby licensed by Eterlogic.com to use
this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a
period of 30 days. After this period is over, you have either
to purchase SecretDrive license, or to stop using this software.

You may make a secound copy of SecretDrive for your exclusive use
on a portable computer.

SecretDrive End User License Agreement (all versions):
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed
program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or
civil prosecution.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN
RISK. ETERLOGIC.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,
DAMAGES, AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

referring to SecretDrive.

Installing and using SecretDrive signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license.
