Added option to automatically restore the last resolution specific layout backup when the screen resolution changes (useful when changing from a laptop screen to an external monitor or vice versa). Added Japanese, Polish and Turkish languages.

Fixed bug that did not allow to manage the layout backups for different resolutions than the current.
