ESQuotes - Real time stock quotes

The following license applies to the evaluation version of ESQuotes. If you have purchased a license for
the registered version of ESQuotes, see the section "License Agreement" below.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for
evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days. If you use this software after the 21 day
evaluation period a registration fee of $15 is required. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US
bank, and should be sent to Gilmore Software Development, P.O. Box 8, Swanzey, NH 03469. Credit
card ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described in the file ORDER.TXT. When payment
is received you will be sent an authorization key.

Unregistered use of ESQuotes after the 21-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international
copyright laws.

Registration keys and paid licenses

One registration key for ESQuotes may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally
on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people,
but not both.

You may access the registered version of ESQuotes through a network, provided that you have obtained
individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the
network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access ESQuotes on the network, each
workstation must have its own ESQuotes license, regardless of whether they use ESQuotes at different
times or concurrently.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. In particular, there is no warranty for the market data retrieved
by ESQuotes. (ESQuotes does not generate market data, it simply retrieves market data from a public price
server). Because of the various hardware and software environments into which ESQuotes may be put, NO
WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE
LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Common sense dictates that no trades or actions should be taken based on the data retrieved before
verifying the data with another source. Trading decisions are your decision and this program is not
intended to be used for such. The data is usually delayed and may not represent actual current market
data. The data is for informational purpose only. We can not guarantee that this software will work for
any amount of time due to the fact that it relies on a public quote server, which can change and break
our software at any time. We will provide free updates (if possible)
