MSU Video Group software is granted free of charge for non-commercial use. However
you must obtain a license from the author to use it for commercial
purposes.
Scientific results produced using the software provided shall
acknowledge the use of MSU software. The proper reference is:

Moreover shall the author of MSU Video Group software be informed
about the publication.
In case of integration with commercial software, prior author
permission must be obtained.
