Green Parrots Software exclusively owns all copyrights to 1st Atomic Time 3.0 (30-day trial) ("Software").

1st Atomic Time 3.0 (30-day trial) is a trial version of 1st Atomic Time 3.0.

This trial version is provided to you for evaluation purposes only. You may use it for evaluation purposes only for a test period of 30 days. After this period you must either delete it or buy the fully-functional version.

This trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Software without written permission from the copyright holder.

The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, modify or decompile the Software.

Green Parrots Software is not required under this License to provide any installation, training or other services to you. Such services, if available, must be purchased separately.

Green Parrots Software reserves the right at any time not to release or to discontinue release of the Software and to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the Software. Green Parrots Software is not required under this License to provide any upgrades, maintenance releases or bug fixes for the Software.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

GREEN PARROTS SOFTWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF INFORMATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR ANY DAMAGE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCURRED BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF GREEN PARROTS SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE: Green Parrots Software may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you will remove the Software files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.

Green Parrots Software reserves all rights not expressly granted here.

Installing and using the Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove the Software files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Disclaimers above shall survive the termination of this License Agreement.
