1. GRANT OF LICENSE: HYTEK Automation, Inc. is willing to provide you with a limited, non-exclusive right to use the software program you are installing and related documentation (the "SOFTWARE"). This License Agreement permits you to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer. The SOFTWARE is in "use" on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e., RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device). All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved to HYTEK Automation, Inc..
2. COPYRIGHT: The SOFTWARE is owned by HYTEK Automation, Inc.. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material. You may, however, either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the SOFTWARE to a single hard disk, provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.
This software is provided by the copyright holder "as is" and
any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
In no event shall HYTEK Automation, Inc. be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages
(including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services;

We use OpenCV for image processing, please read the OpenCV_license.txt included in the install folder.
