Compress 2000 is a well-behaved Zip/Tar reader and writer. It only saves when you tell it (unlike all other archivers) and it sports a Microsoft Office(tm) like interface with customizable tool bars and menus. Fully drag/drop and copy/paste compliant. Feels like Windows Explorer(tm), so you can easily add entire folders to your archive, rename files, etc.
