Copyright (c) 1997-2001 by Hesky-Data Software (hereinafter referred to as "the
author"). All rights reserved.

This program is marketed as Shareware, which means you may test and evaluate it
free of charge for a period of 30 days. After this evaluation period you have
either to order a user license for a very modest charge, or you must remove it
from your hard disk(s) and destroy all copies. Using the unlicensed version of
Pad after this period is illegal and violates international Copyright laws.

If you want to pass the unregistered Shareware version of Pad to friends or
relatives, please use the complete package in its original distributed form, as
available from our web site. None of the included files may be decompiled or in
any way altered. Clip libraries and Templates may be edited for personal use or
to share it with others on our web site. You may not sell or lend any version
of this program, registered or otherwise. You may sell a Shareware CD that
includes the Shareware version of Pad, after contacting the author for
authorization. A Shareware CD is defined here as a CD that includes other
(useful) applications in addition to Pad.

Only the number of registered users declared may use the registration code
received after your registration. If more than one person is to use Pad, a
multi user license will be required. This code may not be given, passed or sold
to other users in any form. Failing to observe this legal regulation will lead
to the withdrawal of any license and possible prosecution.

Because no software is totally error free:
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING
FROM DIRECT OR INDIRECT USE OF PAD, AS FAR AS THE LAW PERMITS. IN ANY CASE
LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REGISTRATION FEE PAID.

Please test Pad with non-critical data, to ensure it meets your requirements,
because we will not be liable for any damages.

By installing and using Pad, you confirm that you have read and understood this
license agreement and that you will not act in violation of it. This agreement
replaces all earlier contracts or agreements related to this program.
