COMMERCIAL VERSION:
Hudson Software grants a license to use WHOS-IN Pro to the original purchaser only, and may not be transferred to a third party. You have the right to install the server component of WHOS-IN Pro and the associated database on one File Server, or one single user PC (but not both).
Multiple databases on the same server, or on different servers require purchasing of additional WHOS-IN Pro licenses. Serial number security will prevent remote servers operating without a separate license.
You are expressly forbidden from supplying a full registered version serial number to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever. Each serial number is uniquely registered to a specific company and cannot be transferred.
TRIAL PACK:
Usage of the 5 user Trial Pack is unlimited. If you have a small office with 5 or less employees
in the database, the software is free to use as long as you like. Should you wish to extend past
the 5 user limit of the Trial Pack, you may then purchase a registered version from your
local software reseller, or the Hudson Software web site located at: http://www.hudsoft.com.
The Trial Pack may be installed to multiple file servers for evaluation purposes only.
