End-User License Agreement


IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a
legal contract between you (either an individual or a single business
entity) and I`ve found for the Currency Converter(s).
I`ve found is willing to license Currency Converter software (the
"software"), including the accompanying documentation, to you only on
condition that you accept and agree to all the terms of this agreement. By installing, copying, or
otherwise using the program, you acknowledge that you have read this
agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.


1. Definitions


"Licensed Software" means (a) the software we provide to you; and (b) any
bug fixes, upgrades, modified versions or updates to the Licensed Software
(collectively referred to as "Updates") that we provide to you. "Use,"
"Used" or "Using" means to access, install, download, copy or benefit from
using the functionality of the Licensed Software.


2. Software License


As long as you comply with, and subject to, the terms of this Agreement,
I`ve found grants to you a non-exclusive, revocable license to Use
the Licensed Software, in binary executable form only, solely for the
purposes described in this Agreement.

This Product may be freely used, copied and distributed as long as it is not
sold, and all original files are included, including this license. You are
NOT allowed to make a charge for distributing this Software Product (either
for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether
as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology, without
explicit prior written permission. You may not rent or lease the Software,
nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or
disassemble the Software.

and suppliers. The Licensed Software is protected by copyright, including
without limitation by United States copyright law, international treaty
provisions and applicable laws in the country in which it is being used.
Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement does not grant you any
intellectual property rights in the Licensed Software, and all rights not
expressly granted are reserved by I`ve found and its licensors and
suppliers.


5. Display of electronic advertisements


By accepting the terms of this License Agreement, you agree that the
Software may display advertisements upon your use of the software, without
any compensation to you. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or
participation in promotions of, advertisers displayed through the Software,
including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other
terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such
dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. I`ve found is
in no way responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred
as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such
advertisers within the Software.


How to Stop the Display of Ads?


To stop Ads from being displayed, you must remove all of the I`ve found
Software applications residing on the computer using the Add/Remove Programs
menu in the Microsoft Windows control panel.
