STORYBOARD TOOLS - LICENSE AGREEMENT

Definitions
----------------------------------
"Product" refers to the software executables collectively
known as "Storyboard Tools" and all associated files
distributed with the software.
"Author" refers to Ian Pegler, the author of Storyboard Tools.
General
----------------------------------
This new version of the product is TRIALWARE.
This version of the product is (C) Copyright Ian Pegler 2004.
Usage
----------------------------------
You may use this product free of charge for any legal purpose
for a trial period of 30 days. If you wish to continue to use
this product after the trial period has finished you MUST register
the product as described in the distributed file README.TXT.
The unregistered trialware version of this product may be freely
distributed provided the distributed product is not modified
in any way.
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
the product on one computer, for any legal purpose, for an unlimited
time-period.
The registered product may not be rented, leased, or transferred
to any third party.
Disclaimer of Warranty

If you choose to use this product you do so at your own risk.
There is no warranty for the program, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Except when otherwise stated in writing the copyright holders and/or other
parties provide the program "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed
or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance
of the program is with you. Should the program prove defective, you assume the
cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
Restrictions

You may not copy, use, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or transfer the
licensed product, or any subset of the licensed product, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may
result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Installing and using the product signifies acceptance of the terms
and conditions of this license.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
all files relating to the product from your storage devices and
cease to use the product.
All rights not expressly granted in this license agreement are
reserved by the author.
