END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

DISTRIBUTION

You may copy the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish, give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone and distribute the evaluation copy of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. You should not charge or request donations for any such copies however may, or from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the author`s written permission.

You shall not, and shall not attend to, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile this software. Nor can you create any derivative works or other works that are based upon or derived from the software in whole or in part.

Any attempts at reverse-engineering or thwarting the license protection scheme of this software are also prohibited. Any evidence of tampering will be investigated and may lead to prosecution according to all applicable laws.

REGISTRATION

You should purchase the product to obtain a registration key, which is necessary to turn evaluation copy into a full registered version of software. This code must be kept in the strictest confidence and must not be given or reveled to anyone but the registered owner.

One registered copy of Book Of Time 3D Screensaver may either be used by a single person who use the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

LEGAL ISSUES

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the software belong to Kryptile Design. The software is protected by international copyright treaties.
