Nice looking effects such as moving of each object across the image (rotating, fadding, color transition etc.) can be used to create a multi-frame GIF in a few minutes. Effective palette optimization and data compression allow you to obtain small size GIFs. is a simple tool that generates contact sheet (index file) from selected photos. The quality/size of the output JPEG, the colors of the contact sheet and thumbnail dimensions can be specified. Each thumbnail can be rotated, if need it.
