Kwok Information Server is an open source IT management system. Kwok Information Server provides a single application for managing IT assets, software licenses, contracts, issues, contacts. Additional modules include portal, RSS, blogs. It gives you a single system to store and manage business information with a web interface.
Kwok Information Server can be installed on Windows and Linux machines. Users only need a web browser to use the system.
Issue Tracking module provides users a way to report issues and search for the issues they need to work on. IT Asset Management module provides hardware tracking and software license tracking capability. Contact Management module allows users to create and maintain contacts. Administration Tool module allows administrators to manage system users and to modify system configuration.
Kwok Information Server also have multi-language support, user/group permissions access control, email notification, LADP authentication, file uploads, and many more.
