LICENSE AGREEMENT
LandscapeDVD End User License Agreement
This license covers usage and distribution of Landscape Online Wallpaper Changer.
This license agreement supercedes any previous agreement between Exterpassive and you (the end user) either oral, written, hardcopy or electronic.
By installing Landscape Online Wallpaper Changer you signify acceptance of all terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not accept any of the terms or conditions of this License Agreement you should cease using this software provided along with it and remove Landscape Online Wallpaper Changer from your storage devices.
LandscapeDVD reserves the right, without prejudice to any other rights under this License Agreement or applicable law, to terminate the license granted in this License Agreement at any time without notice to the End User if he fails to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this License Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to End User in this Agreement shall immediately terminate.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, LandscapeDVD grants to you
(`End User`) a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to: install and use freeware versions of Landscape Online Wallpaper Changer (`Software`) under the following conditions:
1.1 SOFTWARE: All Software included in distribution package is distributed free of charge.
2. COPYRIGHT
All rights (including but not limited to intellectual rights) to the Software and Video content are owned by LandscapeDVD. The Software is protected by Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You cannot modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

3. WARRANTIES
No Warranty. The Software AND Video content is being delivered to you AS IS and Exterpassive makes NO WARRANTY as to its use or performance. Exterpassive DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION. Exterpassive MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL Exterpassive BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR SAVINGS OR MENTAL DISORDERS) EVEN IF AN Exterpassive REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
