Easy Survey is a software package for Microsoft Office Pro, designed for survey creation and conducting. In contrast to another survey applications, Easy Survey uses the possibilities afforded by Microsoft Access for form creation. It allows you to make the survey form quickly and simply. You need only create the essential tables in Microsoft Access and create a Form for the survey on the basis of these tables. After that, the Easy Survey Wizard will help you to make a "Survey Project" which you can then use in Microsoft Outlook. When the "Survey Project" is created, the special add-in for Microsoft Outlook will create an HTML message with the questionnaire which can be sent out with only two mouse clicks. The respondent fills the received form and clicks the form submitting button to send it back to the sender. The same add-in will process incoming messages in Microsoft Outlook, select the ones with the survey results and input the data in to the Microsoft Access table which you have created. Not only can you distribute an HTML survey form created by the wizard via e-mail, you can also publish it on a web-site or put it on a CD. When the respondents fill in the form in a browser window, the filled questionnaire will be sent to you via e-mail with a single click. Getting familiar with Easy Survey will take you very little time indeed. You won`t need the assistance of a system administrator or web-programmer to create and conduct a survey - any skilled user of Microsoft Office can now run surveys in his/her own right from his/her computer. Expensive and uncomfortable survey applications are no longer required.
