LICENSE AGREEMENT ABSTRACT
USAGE: Component usage license is physically tied to the GSM modem in use (IMEI code is checked).
In case of modem substitution a new license will be released at no charge.
NO LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES: Software is distributed "as is". Menhir
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential
damages (included damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or data use),
due to the Software usage and/or the unability to use the Software.
However, Menhir`s liability for damages shall in no event exceed the fees
paid by customer under this agreement.
COPYRIGHT: MENHIR Informatica is the only owner of the Software. The Software
is protected by Italian laws on copyrights and by related international
treaties.
