END USER RESTRICTIONS

You are encouraged to make a reasonable number of backup copies of
the e-book for your own use. You are not allowed to make unlimited
copies. The e-book is protected by the copyright laws and
international treaties that pertain to computer software. It is
illegal to make copies of the e-book except for your personal backup
purposes. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent,
lease or create derivative works based upon the e-book.

documentation, or any copy. You may not attempt to unlock or bypass
any security algorithm utilized by the executable. You may not
remove or modify any copyright notices. Except for purposes of
identification as the true purchaser of the e-book from the
distributor or owner/author, the registration name, and permanent
ID may not be distributed or communicated publicly or privately by
any means, for any purpose, at any time, for any reason, including
any intent to infringe upon the copyright. Additional copyright
restrictions can be found inside the e-book. Copyright violators
will be held liable for any damages to the fullest extent of the
law possible.

LICENSE FOR USAGE

You have the non-exclusive right to use the program only by a single
person, on a single computer at a time. You may physically transfer
the program from one computer to another, provided that the program
is only installed on a single computer at a time. Network deployment
is only permitted if you have purchased licenses sufficient to cover

WARRANTY

MEP Pinnacle Solutions warrants that the original disks are free
from defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use, for
a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If a defect
occurs during this period, you may return the faulty disk to MEP
Pinnacle Solutions, along with a dated proof of purchase, for a free
replacement.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY OF THE ORIGINAL DISKS SET
FORTH ABOVE, MEP PINNACLE SOLUTIONS GRANTS NO OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE,
REGARDING THE DISK AND RELATED MATERIALS/INFORMATION, THEIR
FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, THEIR QUALITY, THEIR
MERCHANTABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. THE LIABILITY OF MEP
PINNACLE SOLUTIONS UNDER THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE
SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE
PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MEP PINNACLE SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE
FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES FOR BREACH
OF WARRANTY.
