From hereon in "the program" refers to the software entitled "Equation Illustrator V(tm)" written by Gordon Whittam.

The program Equation Illustrator V(tm), and all documents and material supplied with the program are owned by Gordon Whittam and are protected by copyright law and international copyright treaty unless specifically stated otherwise.
DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT
Users of the program must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
"The program is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the program."
HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES. The program is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the program could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). LICENSE
This is the evaluation version of the program. You may use the program for as long as you wish. The evaluation version has some fixed limitations and some which expire after 100 uses, details of which can be found on the MGCSoft web site. If you wish to take advantage of the full capabilities of the program and restore full functionality you must pay the appropriate license fee to the author or to agents appointed by the author to handle the transaction. On receipt of the appropriate fee a download link to the full licensed version will be delivered by email.
RESTRICTIONS: You may not use, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the software except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
